Post Office Boxes  ::  We do not ship to Post Office Boxes as all registered packages require a signature upon safe receipt.

Repairs  ::  Our designs are crafted from the best materials available. However, we realise that accidents can still happen. So, we will gladly repair any piece that becomes damaged due to faulty parts and for damage during shipping, on a case-by-case basis, but not damage resulting from normal wear and tear.  For Couture pieces, up to a year from date of purchase and for other Eclettica pieces, up to 60 days from date of purchase.  Please retain your official Eclettica e-receipt as proof of purchase. We will also repair any Eclettica jewellery that becomes damaged after the warranty periods for a small materials fee. Please email us for a quote.

You will be responsible for costs of shipping the item to us via insured airmail, and we will be responsible for costs of shipping the repaired item to you via insured airmail.

Remember to include your return address and a printout of your Eclettica e-receipt. Should examination reveal that the incident was due to negligence on our part, we will provide a new replacement at no additional cost.

Descriptions  ::  All effort was taken to ensure accurate measurements. We can also provide you with additional images of any Eclettica design, just let us know.

Exclusivity  ::  As items are either one-of-a-kind or in very limited quantities, we will update the online boutique as often as possible. However, certain pieces will be unexpectedly popular causing them to be sold out. In this instance, we will ask if you would like a similar design created for you.

Privacy  ::  All information you share with us is used solely for Eclettica subscriber promotional activities. We will never disclose any details to external parties. To unsubscribe, send a blank email to unsubscribe@ecletticaonline.com to be instantly removed from our mailing list.
