How To Pay  ::  We are now able to accept credit cards and e-checks.  All items on the website are now listed in SGD with corresponding USD prices.  For easy reference, the exchange rate used is USD$1 = SGD$1.65. 

Singapore customers may continue to pay via Funds Transfers into our local bank account or mail Crossed Personal Checks and Cash in SGD.  For this payment mode, when we receive your purchase email, we will respond with further details to complete the transaction. 

Delivery  ::  All jewellery will be shipped within 3 working days of payment confirmation, via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Airmail from Houston, Texas, USA.  This is a "guaranteed delivery" service.  Please allow 5 to 10 working days for packages to reach you.  Priority Airmail Document will be used for small orders (think maximum 2 items) whilst Priority Airmail Parcel will be used for bigger orders (anything more than 2 items).

For packages valued below S$150, Priority Airmail Document will be used.  For packages valued above S$150, buyer chooses whether to ship via Priority Airmail Document (non insured) or via Priority Airmail Parcel Post (insured).  For Priority Airmail Parcel Post, please add S$22 plus the appropriate insurance fee payable (USPS charges an administrative fee of US$13.25 for Priority Airmail Parcel Post, regardless of package weight and excluding insurance coverage).  Please refer to www.usps.com for more information. 

As always, free shipment for orders above S$150, excluding insurance.  Alternatively, items can be shipped via Federal Express, United Parcel Service or other 1-day, 2-day services. Please indicate in your purchase email and we will provide you with a final cost.

Insurance is optional for all orders but do note that should you choose to opt out of insurance, Eclettica cannot be held responsible for loss of items during transit.  Please see the table below for insurance payable based on declared value .  Upon receipt of your purchase email, we will discuss with you an appropriate value to declare (we recommend 25% of the total order value), to confirm the insurance coverage fee payable.

All items are packed in sturdy boxes, then wrapped in water-resistant tissue then shipped in bubble wrapped envelopes or, in the case of Priority Airmail Parcel Post, in sturdy USPS shipping boxes.  We require daytime contact numbers for all orders.

Terminology  ::  Where stated SOLD, it means the particular piece displayed on the website is sold but a similar item can be made to order (there may be slight variations in stones and/or parts used, in this instance, you will be advised of this prior to confirming the order), at the same list price.  Where stated SOLD OUT, it means the item is no longer available. 

Material  ::  Only genuine 925 Sterling Silver and 22K Gold will tarnish.  Materials containing stainless steel appear to shine forever.  Tarnished metals are easily rectified with the use of polishing cloth (specifically for silver or for gold) which are available at all major departmental stores as well as specialty stores.

Buying A Gift  ::  If your purchase is a gift and you would like it shipped directly to the recipient, please include the recipient's information and, for multiple gifts, indicate which piece is to go to which recipient. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and/or email address in case further clarification is needed. Gift wrapping and a card will be provided, with our compliments.

Important  ::  Orders will only be shipped upon receipt of funds.  Where there is an existing purchase history, orders may be shipped earlier.
