Exchange Policies
Exchanges ::
We do not undertake refunds but will
gladly exchange your item with another Eclettica jewellery of your
choice, strictly within 20 working days upon
receipt of item, accompanied by the official Eclettica sales
e-receipt (please ensure a receipt is issued to you, if not,
kindly
request for one)
and in its original, undamaged packaging. Exchanges not in the
original, undamaged packaging and/or without a printout of the official Eclettica
sales e-receipt and/or not within the 20 working days will
NOT be
entertained.
Exchangeable Items ::
Eclettica will issue you store credit for the item
you wish to exchange, less shipping expenses which are non refundable.
The exchange amount may be used in exchange for all items found on
Eclettica's website with the exception of pieces in What's New and
Couture. Sale Items and Customised Pieces are
final and are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
How To ::
Firstly please
click here to email us and state
reason why you wish to exchange the item. Upon acceptance of
the request, we will issue you a reference number which you must quote
when shipping the item to us. Please note that the item
MUST be
returned in saleable condition, within the stipulated timeframe and with its
original, undamaged packaging. Should the replacement item be
higher in retail price than the original item, you will need to top up
the difference in cash. Shipping costs are not to be tabulated as part
of the exchange value.
Shipping Costs ::
Please note you are responsible for shipping costs
to Eclettica when requesting an exchange and that items are to be
shipped to us via insured airmail (between S$7-S$10). Eclettica will be
responsible for shipping costs when sending the replacement item to you
via insured airmail.
